On Saturday I had the absolute pleasure to photograph The 15th Annual Halton Women’s Place Gala held at the Oakville Conference & Banquet Centre.
The Halton Women’s Place provides shelter and comfort for abused women and children in the Halton Region. It also provides much needed support to the women and children struggling to rebuild their lives. It’s through the generous contributions of the community that they are able to provide this service.

These were soooo yummy! CakeStix make these … well, cake on sticks. So, so good.
Walkers Chocolates provided a candy table and delicious chocolates.
As part of the festivities, they were selling these cute little wands that had a cubic zirconia and a number attached. These numbers were for the Diamond draw later in the night.

This girl had the most beautiful voice.
For all those who watch ET Canada or used to watch MuchMusic … here’s Rick “the Temp” or just Rick Campanelli. He was the MC for the evening.
Dan Ferrone, former Toronto Argonaut lineman, was the auctioneer for the live auction.
The roses for the Rose Draw. This draw was for a hand fashioned diamond pendant.
The entertainment was provided by Dance Pac Studio in Mississauga.
